Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Please read these “Terms of Service” fully and carefully before becoming an affiliate for (the “VisualSitemaps Website”) and any of the services, features, Content (defined below) or applications made available by VisualSitemaps Inc. and its affiliates, (“VisualSitemaps”, “we”, “us” or “our”)
When you apply for the VisualSitemaps Affiliate Program, you sign your agreement with the Program’s rules and regulations. You will be officially recognized as an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) once your application has been evaluated and approved. As a certified affiliate of VisualSitemaps Inc, you commit to adhering to the Terms and Conditions, understanding that any violation of these conditions will result in your removal from the Program. We urge you to read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before registering and endorsing VisualSitemaps as an Affiliate.
Your involvement in the Program is exclusively to promote our website lawfully and to receive a commission on products and memberships purchased by individuals you refer to VisualSitemaps via your personal referral link.
To sign up for the Program, you must complete and submit the application form via Reditus.com ( Reditus B.V. (hereinafter: Reditus.com) and acknowledge that all payments will be made through PayPal, unless another arrangement has been directly agreed upon with the VisualSitemaps team.
- Application acceptance or denial Any individual wanting to become an Affiliate must apply to join the Program. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The decision on the application might take several days. If approved, the participant will receive an email confirming the approval and providing the link to their Affiliate profile (Affiliate Dashboard Link). The email will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
If denied, you may still promote VisualSitemaps Inc, but you will not be classified as an Affiliate and won’t receive any payments from promotional efforts. You are permitted to reapply for the Program.
If a participant’s Affiliate status is terminated after approval, they will no longer be recognized as an Affiliate and won’t receive any payments from promotional activities. In this situation, the participant is not permitted to reapply for the Program using the same or a different email or name.
- Affiliate account Creating an account In order to participate in the Program, an applicant is required to create an account on Reditus.com. The applicant is required to fill in an application form with accurate information as prompted. They will then select a password for their future account. The applicant will also be asked to explain their promotional strategy for VisualSitemaps Inc; this information will be considered when making the final decision on approval. Upon approval, the applicant will receive an email with a link to their account and will officially become an Affiliate.
Account responsibility The Affiliate assumes the responsibility of maintaining the secrecy of their password and account. They are responsible for all activities happening under their account. They will immediately inform VisualSitemaps of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
Liability for misuse of account VisualSitemaps will not be held responsible for any loss that may occur due to mishandling or misuse of the Affiliate’s password or account, whether or not the Affiliate is aware. The Affiliate can be held accountable for losses incurred by VisualSitemaps or another party due to someone else using the Affiliate’s account or password.
Using other accounts The Affiliate should not use someone else’s account at any time.
Account security The Affiliate understands that they provide their personal information at their own risk. VisualSitemaps is not responsible for the Affiliate’s account security, as the account is created and managed by Reditus.com.

3. Commissions
Сommission conditions
Affiliates receive commission on purchases that:
- have taken place after their registration in the Affiliate Program
- have been tracked through Reditus cookies and tracking pixel that confirm the registration of the referred user after following the Affiliate’s unique referral link.
The affiliate will receive a 25% commission for up to 24 consecutive purchases (automatic order renewals) of every referred user: up to 24 monthly plan purchases or 1 purchase of a yearly subscription.
The Affiliate cannot refer themselves, and will not receive a commission on their own account. There is also a limit of one recurring commission per referral: if someone uses the Affiliate’s link to order multiple accounts, the Affiliate will receive a recurring commission on the first order only.
Your family members can not be referred by you as an affiliate, and you will not receive a commission for their purchases. The referred user and the Affiliate can not share the same place of work. Purchases made within the Affiliate’s company are not eligible and will not be counted towards the Affiliate’s commission.
Commission payout
Commissions will be transferred to the Affiliate’s PayPal account monthly, as a payment for the purchases (of monthly or yearly plans) made by referred users in the previous month. There is no cash-out limit. Payments are made NET-30. So commissions made on purchases in Jan, will be paid on March 15.
Payments will only be sent for orders that have been successfully completed. Order transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. If the Affiliate receives a commission payout for a purchase that is later refunded or charged back, VisualSitemaps will withdraw the sum of the received payout from the Affiliate’s next month’s commission.
4. Affiliate status termination
Affiliate’s application and status in the Program may be rejected, suspended, or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.)
- Spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, etc.)
- Advertising on websites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws
- Violation of intellectual property rights (VisualSitemaps reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of VisualSitemaps Inc, in order to protect our intellectual property rights)
VisualSitemaps reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our own discretion.
5. Affiliate links
The Affiliate may use graphic and text versions of their links on websites, in email messages, social media posts, as well as advertise VisualSitemaps in online and offline ads, magazines, and newspapers. The Affiliate may use the graphics and text provided by VisualSitemaps or create their own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to these Terms and Conditions.
6. Pay-per-click (PPC) policy
The Affiliate is not allowed to use PPC bidding brand names (VisualSitemaps Inc, VisualSitemaps, VSM) in any PPC advertisements without prior written permission.
7. Liability
VisualSitemaps will not be liable for direct, indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to VisualSitemaps website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by VisualSitemaps Inc. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or VisualSitemaps website(s) will be error-free, and VisualSitemaps will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
8. Term of the agreement
The term of the agreement to these Terms and Conditions begins the moment of the Affiliate’s acceptance in the Program and ends when the Affiliate’s account is terminated.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the Terms and Conditions is unacceptable to the Affiliate, their only choice is to terminate their Affiliate account. Continuing participation in the Program will constitute the Affiliate’s acceptance of any change.
